This video is mainly taken around "Lean Village", a town on the east coast of Bali in Amed. This sleepy little town is a great place to get away for a few days, it is like Bali used to be before mass tourism kicked in around the legian/Kuta area. You can go snorkeling straight off the beach, hire a bike and explore the area or just lounge around enjoying the peace and quiet. There are not many places to shop so if you have any special needs be sure to take supplies.
Children Of Bali
As poor as they are, the children of Bali have a liveliness of spirit, an engaging nature and their beautiful smiles are never far away. Just not sure if they have a lot to look forward to without a decent education.
The Bali Traveller
On a motorbike we rode from Legian to Pacung, Pacung to Munduk. We were lucky enough to be in Munduk when they were celebrating the full moon. The town was alive with activity as people flocked to the temple - we were dazzled by the vibrant colours, temple music and lingering aroma of insence that filled the streets. We were not allowed into the temple but still got some nice shots of the locals anyway.
Bali Tribute
This is the first video I did on our first trip to Bali in 2005. I think Bali is a great place for a holiday and fills me with joy every time we go. I'm hooked for life!
Climbing Gunung Agung
Last September I decided to climb Bali's tallest mountain. It was absolutly the most fantastic hike I have ever done. If you are fit enough definitely give it a go, you won't regret it.
